This is a residential very relaxing Aerial Yoga and Power Yoga Retreat in a beautiful villa in Denia, 10 min from the beach

Arrive on Sunday and leave on Saturday for 7 days of heaven. There is also the possibility to remain one extra day and leave on the Sunday.

Denia is a beautiful beach village in the South Coast of Spain, between Alicante and Valencia

The beach is 10 minutes from the Villa, which has a beautiful garden, a detached yoga studio, and it's secluded in a beautiful lemon and juicy Spanish oranges trees, which you can pick and eat fresh.

On the day off you can chose to visit the beautiful Valencia (1 hour drive) or board on a boat to Ibiza from Denia's Port, or visit the beautiful Denia's Castle, or just spend the day on the white sand Marina Beach, of read a book and relax on the sheltered hammock in the villa's garden.

The Aerial Yoga will be done in the outdoor patio, and Power Yoga in the Yoga Studio. You will experience full energising morning Aerial Yoga or Power Yoga practice, and an Aerial Restorative Yoga or Yin Yoga practice with meditation in the evening session
